Funding for not-for-profit organizations to operate can be challenging. I have a proven track record of preparing grant applications and funding proposals for programs, workforce, and economic development initiatives. My experience includes private foundations, as well as local, state, and federal government grants.

My Story
Before starting LeBlanc Consulting, I spent ten years as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Development at BestSelf Behavioral Health, overseeing advertising, media relations, community outreach, grant writing, and fundraising. I was part of the management team responsible for growing BestSelf by 470%, making it the largest community-based behavioral health organization serving children and adults in WNY. During my tenure at BestSelf, my grant department secured more than $50 million in funding from foundations and government agencies for new and existing programs.
The first 18 years of my career were spent as a partner of a full-service advertising and public relations agency with my father, Bill McKibben. Our clients included:

For the next ten years, I was the General Manager of the Friendship Festival, an international celebration of the relationship between Canada and the United States held in Buffalo, NY & Fort Erie, ON. Following that, I worked at Niagara College in Welland, Ontario, in their Foundation & Alumni Relations Office as a Campaign Project & Fund Development Officer.
